Cliché as it may be, I am living the saying “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I feel very fortunate to have found a profession that allows me to be who I am while encouraging others to find ease in their own bodies and lives as well.
I endeavor to hear what my patients say, via their words or their muscles at any given time, and use that information to encourage their muscles to let go of whatever issues they might be holding onto so that they may walk out of my office feeling lighter, more relaxed and often even taller than they did when they arrived.
Personally, I am fascinated by languages, relationships and personal nature, Mother Nature, the great outdoors, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, living, laughing, loving and appreciating all my gifts with my friends and relatives who are some of the greatest gifts I have been given. Keeping all this in mind helps me to be rock solid, and rock on!
